
Taber D'Silva is Partner Director in Digital Crown. He joined Digital Crown in 2021. Taber, an engineer by profession, has rich experience of more than 35 years in multiple industries. He worked in Oman in the Oil and Gas industry for around 10 years. Taber is heading multiple business along with Digital Crown.
Taber is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company. His role involves analyzing the business landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that the organization’s strategies align with its goals and objectives. Taber works very closely with other Directors to drive business initiatives, optimize performance, and adapt to changes in the industry.

Taber is responsible to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan to drive growth and profitability. He collaborates with other directors to define strategic goals, objectives, and key performance indicators. He ensures that strategic initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
2. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
Taber has very good knowledge about market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities, he analyses industry data, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
3. Business Development
He identifies new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions that support the company’s strategic goals. His role is to assess potential markets, customer segments, and revenue streams to expand the business, he also leads strategic negotiations.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Taber tracks the progress of strategic initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness in meeting business objectives. He use data analytics to assess performance, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to the strategy.
5. Risk Management
He identifies potential risks related to the company’s strategy, including financial, operational, and market risks, accordingly he develops and implements strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the long-term sustainability of the business. He works with other departments to assess and address operational or financial challenges that could impede strategic goals.
6. Innovation and Change Management
He is responsible to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. He leads the implementation of strategic changes and transformations, such as product launches, market expansions, or organizational restructuring. Taber is instrumental in ensuring that the organization remains competitive, adaptable, and focused on its long-term success. His role has both big-picture thinking and the ability to manage detailed execution.
