Her role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and growth and support its business goals.
Priya is involved in critical decision making, ensuring that financial resources are effectively allocated and that the organization complies with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.
Lead the financial planning process, including setting budgets, financial targets, and forecasts.
Monitor all the financial performance against targets, adjusting plans as necessary to meet business objectives
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
Oversee the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with strategic goals.
Continuously monitor and track performance against the budget, generating and recording all the reports
Adjust forecasts and budgets as needed based on changing business conditions or unforeseen financial challenges.
3. Cash Flow and Working Capital Management
Oversee cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations
Manage working capital, ensuring efficient use of assets, liabilities, and cash reserves
Develop strategies to optimize cash flow, manage debt levels, and reduce financial risks.
4. Risk Management and Compliance
Identify financial risks and work with the management team to develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure regulatory standards and compliance across the finance domain which involves audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related processes.
5. Cost Management and Profitability Analysis
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the organization. Perform business profitability analysis for products and services to help optimize pricing, costs, and margins. Ensure financial decisions and strategies enhance the overall profitability and sustainability of the business.
6. Investment and Capital Allocation
Assess investment opportunities and determine the most efficient allocation of financial resources.
Lead the evaluation of capital projects, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments. Manage relationships with external investors, banks, and financial institutions to secure capital and finance
