Pravin Fargade is a Founder Director of Digital Crown. He has founded Digital Crown IT Systems LLP in December 2017 along with Ms. Merlyn D'Lima and Ms. Nelisa Murzello.
Before starting Digital Crown IT Systems LLP, Pravin has worked for a few of the industry leaders, his career has grown with designing, animating, coding, Digital Marketing and brand management. He has a rich experience of working in the different industries like IT, logistics, construction, and film studios.
Pravin is handling high-level executive responsibility for overseeing an organization's information technology strategy, corporate affairs, infrastructure and operations.
Pravin Fargade manages teams of IT professionals and ensure that technology systems support the overall goals of the business. Pravin has a deep understanding of both technology and business, as well as strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to handle companies current growth trajectories.
Being one of the key persons and handling the chair for Digital Crown, Pravin is handling some of the below mentioned responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Being a corporate director Pravin is responsible to the company's overall strategic direction, advising on major business initiatives, investments, and long-term goals. Pravin is developing and implementing the company’s IT strategy and ensuring it aligns with business goals. Pravin also managing IT budgets, resources, vendor relationships, IT infrastructure, including networks and cloud service.
2. Corporate Governance: Pravin is responsible to adheres legal and regulatory requirements and that its operations align with ethical and governance standards.
3. Executive Oversight: Pravin oversee the performance of senior management, helping to establish objectives, reviewing their progress, and ensuring that the company is effectively managed.
4. Risk Management: Pravin is playing a role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating business risks, particularly those that could impact the company’s financial health or reputation.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Pravin is responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, regulators, and sometimes the public.
6. Financial Oversight: Pravin is involved in reviewing financial performance, approving budgets, and making decisions regarding mergers, acquisitions, or other significant financial moves.,
7. Leadership and Support: Pravin is providing leadership and guidance to the company’s management team, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision and values.
